As a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, I began my career at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah, shortly after graduating. My journey has taken me across the country, including my first travel assignment at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, Washington.
I have specialized in a range of surgical fields, including Gynecology, Robotics, Plastic Surgery, ENT (both pediatric and adult), Urology, Laparoscopic, General, and Vascular Trauma cases. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of being part of the Neuro Team in Neurosurgery, participating in numerous craniotomies and kidney transplant surgeries in both Level I and Level II trauma facilities. Additionally, I devoted a year exclusively to Labor and Delivery, focusing on C-sections and patient care.
My educational background includes a major in Surgical Technology and prior studies in Psychology and Communications at Nevada State College. I completed over 580 volunteer hours at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and St. Rose Dominican in Henderson, Nevada, reinforcing my commitment to serving those in need. My passion for healthcare is complemented by my interests in anatomy, biology, and biochemistry, and I have had the honor of working alongside some of the nation’s leading surgeons across various specialties, including Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, and Urology for both Pediatric and Adults.
In founding ReliPro, I am aimed to address, help, and give solutions to present and ongoing challenges within the healthcare staffing sector. I am dedicated to ensuring that candidates receive fair and legal protections by prioritizing patient safety. Any instances of malpractice must be held accountable. Consequently, I ensure that all clients partnering with ReliPro share the same values and commitment to integrity, with patient safety as a top priority.
My extensive experience has made me acutely aware of the communication gaps that can lead to errors in candidate placements. To mitigate these risks, I have developed a comprehensive system designed to enhance communication between hospitals and staffing agencies from the outset, benefiting all parties involved—hospitals, agencies, and candidates alike.
I am passionate about fostering clear communication, both verbally and in written documentation, to uphold ethical integrity and professionalism within the Healthcare Industry. Having witnessed the challenges faced by candidates in difficult situations, I am dedicated to ensuring that those who partner with us in travel contracts or permanent placements receive the highest level of care and support throughout their professional journey.
