10+ Years in Healthcare Industry | Surgery Department | Labor & Delivery

As a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, I began my career at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah, shortly after graduating. My journey has taken me across the country, including my first travel assignment at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, Washington.

I have specialized in a range of surgical fields, including Gynecology, Robotics, Plastic Surgery, ENT (both pediatric and adult), Urology, Laparoscopic, General, and Vascular Trauma cases. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of being part of the Neuro Team in Neurosurgery, participating in numerous craniotomies and kidney transplant surgeries in both Level I and Level II trauma facilities. Additionally, I devoted two years exclusively to Labor and Delivery, focusing on C-sections and patient care.

My educational background includes a major in Surgical Technology and prior studies in Psychology and Communications at Nevada State College. I completed over 580 volunteer hours at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and St. Rose Dominican in Henderson, Nevada, reinforcing my commitment to serving those in need. My passion for healthcare is complemented by my interests in anatomy, biology, and biochemistry, and I have had the honor of working alongside some of the nation’s leading surgeons across various specialties, including Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, and Urology for both Pediatric and Adults.

In founding ReliPro, my goal was to create a solution-focused agency grounded in fairness, integrity, and real clinical understanding. I’m committed to ensuring candidates are protected with fair contracts, and that patient safety remains the top priority.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed how communication breakdowns between hospitals and agencies can lead to serious placement errors. To solve this, I’ve built a streamlined, transparent system that supports effective communication and mutual trust from the very beginning.

My mission is simple: Protect the professionals who dedicate their lives to care and give hospitals a staffing partner who understands the urgency, gravity, and heart of the work we do.
